Blanks, Rods & Reels

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our rods, blanks, and reels, reflecting our confidence in their performance and durability. Please be aware that accidental damage is not included under this warranty. Should an accident occur, we can supply replacement parts at cost, along with applicable labor charges.
To ensure your warranty remains valid, we kindly request that you retain your proof of purchase. This warranty applies solely to the original owner.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and is limited to defects in workmanship and materials. It is contingent upon proper use of the product for its intended purpose and does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
In the event that defects in workmanship or materials are identified, we reserve the right to repair or replace parts at our discretion prior to any consideration of refund options.
The responsibility for return shipping lies with the purchaser, and reimbursement for reasonable return expenses will be offered at our discretion. Should you require assistance with postage, we can recommend suitable couriers.

CANCELLATION/RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We recognize that ordering the correct item may not always occur.
To ensure the efficient return of any item; whether defective, incorrectly sent, ordered in error, or simply unwanted, please follow these guidelines.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped via recorded mail or carrier to provide proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit or returned damaged.
Postal charges will be refunded if the error lies with us. If you no longer require an item, we will refund only the cost of the item, excluding shipping charges.
Please contact us within 14 days about any returning any unwanted items.
